The Online Relations staff works in five inter-location teams. Employees from all fields are brought together in project teams to implement our customers’ projects.

Our dealings with customers and with one another are open and honest. We are highly flexible and always find ways of implementing projects together with our customers even at short notice. And we are always interested in trying out new things and facing challenges.

Consulting and project management

Our consultants and project managers are at your side from the start of cooperation. They elaborate and define the aims of your online activities together with you and work out the financial framework and timelines based on their comprehensive knowledge of the market and competitive situation. The consultants and project managers support you through the complete implementation phase and ensure the quality of the solutions which have been developed.

Editors

The online editors stipulate the content and topics together with you. The editors work out target group-specific content such as text, spoken interviews, articles or videos based on structured topic and editorial plans. Our editors have many years of comprehensive professional experience both in print and online fields.

Programming and development

Our programmers really get active in the implementation phase but they are involved in every technical aspect from the very beginning of a project. They specify the technical infrastructure and advise you on technical solutions or appropriate content management systems. Each programmer is a specialist in his respective field.

Design

All aspects of the visual design of online communications are worked out and produced in the design and production phase. Website interfaces, navigation elements, banner and flash animation and online style guides: the mix of employees and freelancers means that we can offer a wide range of different design approaches.

Research

Our researchers are active in project support as well as research questions. The range of innovative services come from use statistics, online-assisted questionnaires, usability and website tests.
